Warranty & Returns

We will gladly except a return on any products (some exceptions apply) deemed to have a manufacturers defect within 30 days of purchase with a receipt for the same product. We offer no warranty or exchange on any items that show signs of physical damage, water/eliquid damage, clearance items or any products without a receipt.


What is not covered by our warranty?

  • E-liquids, Atomizers, Tanks, Rebuildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils, pods, disposables & clearance items or any other accessories on the device itself are NOT covered.
  • Failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair
  • Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse
  • Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
  • Damage or failure caused by improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage.
  • Leaky tanks and pods are not covered under warranty
  • Loss or damage due to missing components
  • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection (Atomizer not sitting flush)
  • Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed finish.
  • Charging ports
  • Rattling or sticky buttons
  • Modifying a product in any way, automatically voids the warranty.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
  • Disposables
  • STLTH products
  • Clearance items
  • Items outside of our warranty period


All sales final on eliquid, tanks, coils, pods, drip tips, accessories, batteries, disposables and clearance items and cannot be returned for any reason.  We also offer no warranty on these products.


We will accept returns of any unopened products within 14 days of purchase with receipt.  Refunds will be given in the form of store credit only.  Exceptions include STLTH products, disposables, drip tips, replacement glass, batteries, eliquid & clearance items.


If you need to return a product purchased on our website you will need to contact us before shipping anything back to us.  You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the process; to send the item back to us, and the cost of shipping of your replacement product.  We will replace any defective product within the warranty period for the same product or issue a store credit for any eligible unopened product.


If you cannot prove legal age at the time of delivery, or if you refuse the package, the shipping fee paid is NOT refundable.  If your order received free shipping, you will receive a refund minus the original cost of the shipment that Rock Vapor paid to ship the package to you.  Please note that a 50% restocking fee will be applied to your order + all shipping charges if a package is returned to us because the recipient cannot prove age of majority.


If you need to make an approved return of something purchased on our website, you will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with the process and the original shipping fee paid is non refundable.  If your order received free shipping, a full credit for any product(s) purchased will be issued less the original shipping fee paid by Rock Vapor.


All eligible returns MUST include all parts and packaging, including the original box.  We will not accept any exchanges or returns on any product without all packaging (including the box and sleeve of any box), and original sales receipt.


All sales final on STLTH products, however STLTH does offer a 1 year warranty through their website.  For STLTH warranty, click here.


ALL returns will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT only.


All gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded for any reason.  Treat your gift card like cash and keep your gift card information safe as it cannot always be retrieved on our end.


If you have any questions regarding our return policy, don't hesitate to ask.  A shortened return policy is available on each sales receipt. All purchases made constitute your agreement to all the terms and conditions.  Rock Vapor can make changes to this policy at any time without notice.
